Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Because merchandise is handled and shipped directly by Jack, processing times may occasionally vary during tours, travel, or high-volume periods.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
International Orders: 14–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
International Orders
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Jack Henry Music is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to make it right.
