Merchandise Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible physical merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Items must be returned in original condition

Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Digital Products
All digital downloads (including music files) are non-refundable once delivered.
Event Tickets
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, event tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation. If an event is canceled, refund instructions will be provided.
